Our clients are primarily small to mid-sized privately held and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries.  We serve as their outsourced IT department, providing services ranging from strategic advice and planning to hands-on technical work.

Key Credentials:

  • 2 + years in a managerial or leadership role
  • 4 + years in a professional IT services environment
  • Achievement of two or more Technical Certifications in the following areas:
    • LAN/WAN technology
    • Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems
    • Microsoft Office 365 Administration
    • Industry Specific Certifications (VMWare, Dell, HP)

You Can Help Deliver Unparalleled Service By:

  • Performing remote and on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop issues for end-users
  • Recommending and implementing corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote-users and liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors
  • Providing solutions using product knowledge, system utilities, operating environment, knowledgebase, and websites
  • Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting end-user desktop hardware, software, and network peripheral devices and cabling
  • Monitoring, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network infrastructure (LAN, WAN and WIFI) issues
  • Preparing, maintaining and enforcing procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations

  • $65,000 – $85,000/year
